New position!

Stand-in Professor at Technical University of Applied Sciences Rosenheim

I am happy to announce that I started (2024-03-01) a new position as a stand-in professor for Applied Artificial Intelligence at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Rosenheim (THR). This is a very special moment for me, as this is the university where I did my Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics and where I started my academic career. While my first shot at studying electrical engineering at the university in 2006 was not a success and I dropped out after only a year, I later successfully completed my Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics at the same university. Returning to my Alma Mater where my academic journey was off to a rocky start, now as a professor comes with no little pride.

Since my late Bachelor’s studies, it has been a significant goal of mine to work as a professor at a University of Applied Sciences, signifying a long-standing goal achieved. I am looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities that come with this position and I am excited to work with the students and my new colleagues.
